Building on the proven success of TOUCH in the UK, Quotila is the next-generation cloud-based version of this popular system. It uses master product data from all the leading profile, glass, and hardware companies to ensure that every quote and order processed is accurate and up to date.
This continually updated product data sets Quotila apart from other standalone configurators and ordering systems, and allows users to tailor their own version of the software by adding in only the product options they actually offer. Live error checking and validation also means that nothing can be ordered which can’t technically be manufactured.
The Quotila journey starts with the consumer, who uses the configuration tool to design their own windows and doors online and even visualise how they will look by uploading an image of their own property. When they submit an enquiry for that configuration, Quotila automatically generates a quotation based on the installer’s own margin and pricing model and, once that quote is accepted, it delivers a production ready order which can be sent direct to the fabricator - reducing admin time and eliminating the risk of errors right across the supply chain.
Quotila is flexible and scalable as users can quickly and easily add and remove products from their offering, adjust their pricing and margin parameters and even include products from different manufacturers in the same quotation.
It also generates professional looking quotes and paperwork, complete with precise 2D and 3D product renders and accurate U-Value calculations for those products and is a powerful differentiator for installers in a competitive retail sector.
